Return & Refund Policy
If you're looking to return your order, we're here to help! All orders can be returned for a refund of the purchase price, not including shipping, within 30 days of the initial purchase.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Warranty Policy
All products purchased through undrlvld.com, are covered by our 30-day free warranty program. If you receive a DOA item or your item stops working within 30 days of your initial purchase, initiate a return, and you will receive a full refund.
Initiating a Return, Refund or Warranty Claim
To initiate a return or warranty claim, please complete the following steps:
- Contact us by email support@undrlvld.com. Please send us your full name and order number. We will respond to your request within 48 hours.
- Once we have confirmed and approved your return or warranty request, we will send you a free pre-paid return shipping label. Note: If you are from outside of the US, you will have to provide you own shipping method when returning items.
- Finally, send all items back to us using the label we provide or your own shipping method
